SmartBee Connect lets your hive securely reach your Google Workspace and YouTube tools, so your Agent Bees can draft the email, book the slot, update the sheet, and post the reply for you. You stay in charge of every permission, and you can take it back whenever you want.
Gmail (send)
Draft and send the emails you approve, like replies to enquiries and follow-ups. It sends on your behalf; it does not read through your whole mailbox.
Google Calendar
Check availability and create or update the events you ask for, so booking and scheduling look after themselves.
Google Drive
Create and organise the files your hive produces, and open the ones you point it to.
Google Docs
Draft and edit documents for you, like proposals, briefs, and meeting notes.
Google Sheets
Read and update the spreadsheets you use to track work, leads, and numbers.
YouTube
Look after the parts of your channel you ask it to, like replying to comments.
Your permission, your data, your call.
You connect it, through Google
Nothing connects until you sign in with Google and approve it yourself. You see exactly what you are granting before anything happens.
You can disconnect any time
Remove access whenever you like from your Google Account permissions page. When you do, SmartBee Connect can no longer act for you.
Only what the job needs
Your hive uses the access to carry out the actions you have asked for, and nothing else. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How we handle your Google data
SmartBee Connect uses the access you grant only to perform the actions you have asked your hive to do. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build or train generalised artificial intelligence models. Human access is limited to what you allow, or what is needed for security, support, or the law.
SmartBee Connect’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
